Site-Manager - Commercial Fit-out - Liverpool
£24p/h, 8 month contract, based on 10hrs/day, 5 days a week
Starting early June, an experienced commercial fit-out site manager is required to be No.1 on site, running a large fit-out of an existing commercial & retail site, based in Liverpool.
Duties include, holding regular meetings with the client to discuss progress and issues, liaising closely with the architect and QS to control aspects of design and budget, and to report directly to the Construction Director.
To apply for this position, the site manager must have experience with running high quality, bespoke projects up to £10M and possess excellent man-management and communication skills.
