**High Street Bank Fit-Out Site Managers**
**Immediate Starts**
Retail/Commercial-based site managers are in need to oversee many fast-track bank refits within the M5 Corridor. Major clients include Lloyds & RBS. Successful candidates must be available immediately and willing to travel around the South West and Wales area, working at a shift rate of £220 per day.
The successful applicants will be in charge of all operations on site, from managing all multi-trade subcontractors, understanding and interpreting site drawings, liaising with clients and making sure all aspects of the refurbishments run smoothly.
Applicants must be flexible, being available to travel nationwide and hold a full valid driving licence. The fit-outs will last 6-8 weeks, with typical project values between £500-800k.
