Our client, a top 100 contractor is looking to find Site Manager's that are prepared to work on a freelance basis in Surrey. The company you will be employed by is a specialist within retail construction that work on major retail developments as a main contractor.
The Site is a large supermarket refurbishment project in the North West and is approximately worth £7-10 Million pounds. As Site manager for this company you will be expected to liaise with the client, be involved in the planning and organisation and be able to communicate well with both the client and subcontractors.
To be successful in your application you MUST have experience working as a Site manager on retail developments, be a good communicator, computer literate, competent on Microsoft Project, hold a VALID CSCS card, FULL First Aid and ideally an SMSTS CITB 5 Day health and safety certificate.
