Site manager required to work in a high profile commercial building in the City of London. Salary £30 - £35kpa.
Job Title: Site Manager
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Salary: £30k-£33k + plus benefits
Benefits: Pension and Healthcare
Location: London City
Our client is looking for a site manager to take responsibility for the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment in a high profile commercial building.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of engineering technicians
- Managing the budget
- Develop and run a maintenance regime
- Maintain records for maintenance and testing
- Create and monitor engineering related processes and procedures
Qualification/Experience Required:
- City & Guilds technical qualification
- Experience within Building Services field
- Supervisory experience
