Site manager required to work in a prestigious building in Stevenage. Salary around £35,000 pa, depending on experience.

Position: Site Manager
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Salary: £35k depending on experience
Hours: 40hr week, 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Benefits: Pension, Gym Membership, Expenses (if required to travel)
20 days holiday + 8 days statuary pay

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced site manager to work in a prestigious building based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. This vacancy is an important role as you will be their representative on site for the development and control of projects. A qualified engineer educated to HNC level you should be experienced in (M&E) mechanical and electrical engineering, the control of contractors as well as health and safety aware. This exciting position in the aerospace industry is an opportunity to work locally and use all your skills in controlling projects to tight time scales but high quality. You will be client facing and co ordinate between offices in Central London and Stevenage. You should be able to communicate at all levels and ideally have experience in a similar role.
