Description

Position: Site Manager
Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5.30 pm
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Start: End of March
Duration: 1 year contract (52 weeks)
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Report to: Project Manager
Responsibilities: Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £3 million contract for M&E Installation Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 6-10 M&E Engineers, overseeing the work, dealing with budget, updating the Project Manager on the progress. The candidate should hold Mechanical qualification and have good electrical knowledge, and experience with managing £ 3 million contracts. Experience in working in a hospital would be an advantage.
