The role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client for an experienced Site Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for the development and continued implementation of World Class Engineering techniques across the entire production lines during a time of significant change and expansion for the company.
During this time of change and development our client is looking for future leaders of the business to drive them forward and contribute to their continued success in the Brewing industry.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
Development and continued implementation of World Class Engineering techniques across the brewery
Responsibility for resource levels and planning to meet schedule requirements
Acting as point of contact for the Care plan, and for all Health, Safety & Environment and facilities management issues on site
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Qualified Engineer
Clear understanding of World Class Techniques, Health & Safety and Asset Care
Experience in a change management environment
Passion to build and implement a winning vision
