Our client is a profitable, well respected Civil Engineering Contractor offering a climate of stability. This role will be working on a large Heavy Civil Engineering project that will include a large project team. The project includes innovative foundations and piling, reinforced concrete structures and building works as part of a new build Waste to Energy Plant. Our client offers Site Engineers excellent training opportunities and will encourage training to become chartered.
Key duties/requirements for the Site Engineer include:
Use of Survey Equipment
- Setting Out
- Translation of Technical Information off Drawings to Foreman and Subcontractors
- Reports and Records
- Administering Quality Control
- Assist with Method Statements & Risk Assessments
- Implementation of Construction Methodology
- Implementation of Company Procedures
- You will also be team orientated, with good communication skills
- Some experience working with a UK Civil Engineering Contractor
