Site Agent
Salary & Location
Site Agent required to work on petrol forecourt developments for major clients such as Tesco, Somerfield & Esso. The Site Agents are required on either a freelance or permanent basis.
Rates/salary are negotiable but accommodation is paid for when staying away. Each project will last for 12 weeks, with 6 future developments also planned.
Role Description
The project involves the new development of petrol forecourts and will involve the installation of underground petrol tanks, structural development and the fit-out of the shop.
The Site Agents will be working Monday to Friday from 7am - 7pm. The Site Agent will be responsible for all sub contract work and making sure health and safety procedures are run correctly. They will control ordering of materials, hold site meetings and liaise with the Contract Manager on a weekly basis. The Site Agent will be writing reports and ensuring method statements are being adhered to.
Required Experience
Site Agents must have a CSCS card and a 4 day first aid certificate.
The Site Agent must also have a PIA card or Petroleum Safety Passport to work on the forecourts. This is only applicable to freelance applicants as the permanent candidates will be put through the two day course if successful.
Ground work experience is essential.
