A number of opportunities for motivated Shift Managers and Team Leaders have arisen within this leading global manufacturing operation based in the heart of the East Midlands.
THE ROLE
As the shift manager you will be responsible for a complete shift including the development of your operatives, continuous improvements and discipline.
THE CANDIDATE
It is important that you are a motivated leader who is looking to progress your career as a Shift Manager and become a production manager in the future. You will need to have come from a production or manufacturing background such as engineering, food, etc.
