Role
You will be required to work in conjunction with the team of shift managers. Each shift manager has full autonomy on shift and is therefore required to be self sufficient and the expert on each shift.
Requirements
Ideally the successful candidate would have experience working on a chemical site, with an engineering qualification (HNC or above). More importantly leadership, intelligence and overall commitment to a growing business are required.
