Salary: £35k-£37k pa + benefits
Our client is looking for an experienced shift leader with an electrical bias to supervise personnel in a high profile building. Duties will include supervision of the engineers on shift and providing engineering support for the day to day operation of PPM and Reactive works to the building. The successful candidate will ensure that accurate and comprehensive maintenance records are completed, all sub-contractors perform to meet the contractual requirement of the contract, and ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices.
Education and Qualifications
•C&G Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent, 16th Edition IEE
•Experience of maintaining high tech, high spec office environments, particularly financial institutions
•General all round knowledge of Heating & Ventilation / Air-conditioning and building support systems
