Electrical Shift Engineer required to carry out maintenance and minor works installations on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

Duties will include:-
Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks as issued from Concept system following Health & Safety procedures/operational release requirements
Respond to Help Desk reactive maintenance/breakdown calls and carry out remedial work as necessary; provide feedback to customer/help desk.
Carry out refurbishment works arising from breakdown or maintenance inspections
Routine plant/area inspections, recording findings/readings and any faults
Carry out condition based monitoring surveys
Hold the role of Competent Person for Mechanical or Electrical works as authorised by the Authorised Person Controller
Scenario training developing knowledge of site systems/failure cause and effects
Assisting Maintenance coordinator with procedure updates.
Carry out minor works installations as required.
Ensure plan area housekeeping/safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications and Experience:

Apprenticeship Served or equivalent
City & Guilds 232/ 236 Part 1 & 2

Other factors:

There may be an opportunity for overtime working
