Description
Our client is a leading drive systems service provider and integration specialist, they have offices worldwide and have an excellent reputation for the high caliber service they offer. The successful applicant will have some Management or Supervisory experience gained from within the rewind / repair trade (drive systems) and be experienced in the repair of electric motors although this will mainly involve technical support and not hands on (the role will be 95% office / workshop based).

Reporting directly to the branch manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the service team and the allocation of work schedules for the multi skilled (Electrical / Mechanical) engineering department comprising over 20 skilled engineers.
You will be required to oversee the repairs carried out in the workshop ensuring that they are completed on time and to schedule and you will be expected to liaise with customers regarding the price and timescale of repairs as well as dealing with any issues or complaints the client may have.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of quality standards, possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), be approachable and above all have the ability to motivate.
