Our client a global telecoms provider requires a Service Management Consultant to join them within the Shared Services Project. They will be reporting
to the Project Manager for task management, and the Service Executive and stakeholders for Partnership selection and approval. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of the partnership model for delivery of physical operational services, including governance, control and management processes and methods. They will have ownership of the (SOR) Statement of Requirement and supporting service documentation for the (ITT) Invitation to Tender and Procurement Processes. They will be the primary interface into the (CLR) Contract, Legal and Regulatory, Partnership Management and Procurement for the ITT and the Procurement Processes. The selected candidate will also provide the definition and ownership of the evaluation criteria for Partners. They will be working closely with the Service Design workstream to ensure flow through service requirements and design concepts, as well as being the Service Lead on Partnership negotiations and competitive dialogue. This position is a 6 month contract vacancy, and will be based on numerous sites across the UK which applicants will be expected to travel between.
