Excellent opportunity for an engineer with either a mechanical, electrical or controls background
My client, a manufacturer of combustion and boiler equipment, have an opening for a field service engineer to cover the north east area. Working as part of their Package Service Department, the purpose of this role is to install, commission, service, maintain, repair, upgrade or replace Combustion products or any associated control equipment.
Ideally, you should be qualified to ONC/HNC standard in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or have relevant experience of working within a similar role and environment. Previous industrial power plant or steam raising experience would be a distinct advantage, although full product training will be provided.
You will also need to be self-motivated with excellent customer service skills and possess the ability to work alone to a high standard. A current driving licence and a full passport are essential requirements of this role.
