My client specialise in the supply of services to the machine tool market, offering service, technical support and sales of ancillary equipment to clients across the UK and Europe.
They are experts in the field of CNC Machines Tools; Lathes, vertical and horizontal machining centres and E.D.M machines. Due to increased orders and continued growth they are looking to recruit an additional technician to join their service team.
The role would involve the service and repair of CNC machine tools. Travelling throughout the UK and occasionally Europe, carrying our maintenance contracts, and reacting to breakdown call outs. This is a multi-disciplined role and breakdowns could be of an electrical, electronic, controls or mechanical nature
Applicants must have previous experience of CNC machine tool maintenance experience along with strong fault finding and diagnostic skills. You should ideally have proven experience of Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhein controls.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday. Approx 55 hours per week.
Company car, mobile phone, full set of tools, and laptop computer will be provided.
