My client is one of the largest service support companies within Building Management Systems; With offices across the UK they offer full UK coverage and provide installation service, support and integration of systems for all commercial and industrial buildings.
JOB TITLE: Building Services Engineer
EXPERIENCE: Building Services Controls, Building Management systems, Building Automation
SKILLS: Commercially Aware, Good Communicator
SALARY: £25,000 to £35,000
LOCATION: Midlands
THE ROLE
You will be covering the Midlands area servicing and maintaining building management systems. You will be fault finding and working on a 90% scheduled and 10% reactive work time, with the following work being:- 20% mechanical, 30% electrical, 50% electronics. The building systems they use are as follows:- Trend, Honeywell, Cylon, TAC, JEL.
