Description
Service Desk Analyst - 2nd/3rd Support - Cirencester - Cisco - CCNA Qualified - Circa £25,000. I am recruiting for a service desk anaylst based in the gloucesetrshire/wiltshire area.
The role involves providing 2nd and 3rd line support on Cisco based service calls. Key tasks include: Install, config and trtoubleshooting of firewalls/switches/routers, Access control, VPN Config, Routing and network management/analysis.
The successful candidate will have at least 18 months experience working in either a support/field engineer/consulting role. Experience of administering routers, switches and firewalls aswell as support call resolution experience.
Candidates should hold a CCNA and/or be working towards a CCNP or CCSP.
