Service Coordinator
Our Clien is one of the leader suppliers of massive power systems such as UPS and, Generators mainly used in the Marine Sector. The company is currently expanding its engineering capacity by recruiting for a Service Coordinator.
It is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Service Coordinator who has some appropriate experience in the marine industry and the desire to and passion within this industry
The key responsibilities of the Service Coordinator will be to:
* Coordinate service attendance and ensure customer requirements are satisfied
* Receive enquiries for service support
* Confirm the financial position of the customer
* Prepare a provisional project plan for the work, evaluating the available skills
* Monitor and evaluate the progress of service contracts
* Create proposal regarding the resources, tooling and facilities
* Raise notifications and sales orders in SAP system
To be considered for the Service Coordinator opportunity, you will need previous experience within a marine technical environment.
You will ideally be HNC or equivalent as this is the minimum level of education required for this position
