My client a leading provider of office equipment require a call scheduler / controller to work onsite in the Uxbridge area.
Previous experience of working in a call control position within a service organisation is a necessity, alternatively this role is ideal for someone that has previously worked as a field engineer and wants to get off the road.
The role encompasses heavy telephone work, organising the companies field force efficiently and dealing with clients and customers.
My client will be paying up to £22,000 dependant on experience.
