Description
Server Support
Server Support - A Hardware support technician with excellent Server support skills is required for verification of hardware incidents and ensure the correct spare parts are sourced from the most suitable stock location to enable the engineer to resolve the hardware fault within the agreed service level agreement.
The objective of this position is to accurately diagnose desktop, printer, laptop and server incidents using logged fault description and verification from the end user. Good training will be provided for this Hardware position. Client is a Multi-National Hardware Service provider.
