Accountable to Telecom Services IT Manager
Responsible for Management and operation of IT services provided by the IT Function.
To provide technical support services to supported systems, including installation and configuration, fault resolution, security management, performance and account management, maintaining configuration records in accordance with in place standards and system procedures including contingency/disaster recovery.
Some familiarity with the scope of their tasks and the depth and complexity of the technical knowledge base covered is required.
Actively contributes to the development of the team s services, the planning, specification, development, installation, implementation and daily operations of IT Services. Provides 2nd/3rd line support for server and desktop systems.
