Site Manager required to take responsibility for the complete supervision of the construction phase from project award through to completion and client satisfaction, reporting directly to a contracts manager
Position: Senior Site Manager
Package: £45-50k plus benefits package
Company: Busy Southern Main Contractor with a reputation for high quality projects both new build and refurbishment.
Due to continued success and repeat business the current forward order book is looking extremely healthy, with a number of new projects due to commence, typically valued between £1m and £5m across Dorset, Devon and Somerset.
Role: Experienced Site Manager required to take responsibility for the complete supervision of the construction phase from project award through to completion and client satisfaction, reporting directly to a contracts manager. You will be responsible for completion of the project to programme and quality standards, managing the site team, supply chain, quality and health & safety during the project.
Requirement: Suitable candidates will either have recognised construction qualifications or have a trades background with considerable site management experience of building projects and be able to demonstrate successful project completions of at least £5m with well known main contractors.
