Senior Site Manager required to work on a mixed new build and refurbishment project, responsibilities will include complete Construction supervision from contract award
Position: Senior Site Manager
Package: £55-60k basic, car or allowance, benefits package
Company: Regional main contractor with a successful London regional business with a high number of repeat and negotiated projects, ranging in value from £3m to £40m across most building sectors.
Role: Senior Site Manager required to work on a mixed new build and refurbishment project, responsibilities will include complete Construction supervision from contract award, you will lead and motivate subcontractors and suppliers to deliver the project, within programme and budget, whilst ensuring that quality, health & safety and company procedures are adhered to and that the company is not exposed to unnecessary risk at site level, additionally you will liaise with clients consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly and develop an on-site client focused approach.
Requirements: Experience required upon single building projects of £5m - £10m, you should have a proven track record of successfully managing projects; you will be comfortable working on new build and refurbishment projects and have a focus upon quality, H+S, programme completion and performance.
