Description
One of our client is looking for a Senior Siebel Configurator to join there team in Netherlands. Its a 9 months contact with an option of extension. You must be a EU resident or EU Citizen to apply for the job.
Job Description
* To manage direct consumer interactions in a structured and consistent manner.
* CSG supports customer service operation on global, regional and national level with a variety of systems. The work will include development and bug-fixing and adaptation of an existing application in a complex environment.
* Documented Application Design
* Application code plus documentation
Knowledge and Experience:
* Quick to adapt in a constantly changing environment
* Capable of independently investigating and solving bugs and implementing new features
* In depth knowledge of & experiences with Siebel 7.5.3 or higher.
* Configuration
* Scripting
* Integration ((web) services)
* Workflow"
* Understanding of SW development / engineering methodologies
* Broad knowledge of IT concepts
* Knowledge of UNIX (Linux and Sun/Solaris), XML, SQL, CVS, Windows XP/Office applications
