Senior Quantity Surveyor Office refurbishment project

Package: £50-55k neg basic plus full benefits

Company: Construction Company operating across both the public and private sectors. This organisation is well thought of and has a high proportion of repeat and negotiated projects, ranging in value from £5m to £100m across most industry sectors

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor required by our Client to work upon a office refurbishment project in London with a value of £10m plus, your responsibilities will include complete budget and cost control, financial reporting, commercial management of variations and subcontractors, management of trainee and junior staff, valuations and payments, all from contract award, you will be focused upon completion of the project within budget, whilst ensuring that company procedures are adhered to, additionally you will liaise with Client/Project consultants to ensure the project Final account is agreed.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have formal construction qualifications and a proven track record of successfully providing Commercial support to UK projects.
