Senior Quantity Surveyor & Quantity Surveyor Required
We currently have a requirement for both a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor to join this leading piling contractor. You will be joining one of the market leaders in the sector providing a full quantity surveying service to their various divisions (piling, mini piling & underpinning, house foundations etc) operating out of the Preston office.
The successful candidates will join the commercial team where responsibilities will include the monitoring and payment of sub-contractors, preparation of project and department CVR's, procurement, and client liaison. You must have a strong commercial background within quantity surveying and have the ability to take full responsibility for all commercial and contractual management from pre-contract to final account.
Ideally the successful applicant will have a number of years Quantity Surveying experience either within the piling sector or wider civil engineering sector for a main contractor or specialist subcontractor.
