Senior Quantity Surveyor - House build Groundworks
My client is a reputable and well established company who have been established for over 20 years. They deliver quality ground works packages for a range of blue chip clients, especially in the new build housing sector. They operate out of a great office in the Eccles area (near Salford) with sites around the Lancashire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester region.
You will be working on a range of contracts in the ground works, drainage, roads and sewer areas reporting into the Commercial Manager. The role will require you to be an organised and enthusiastic individual; who is capable on producing monthly valuations, variation measurements, costing, dealing with subcontracts and final accounts. You should have a strong proven background in civil engineering and preferably some ground works experience. You should have contractor/subcontractor experience, be commercially aware and have good management skills.
