My client is looking for a Rail experianed individual to be based in Leeds.
You will be responsible with each Business Operations Director/Managing Director for safely delivering the planned works to the satisfaction of our client within both cost and value budgets.
Responsible for maximising cash flow and ensuring fair and proper certification of applications for payments by the client.
Heavily involved in the negotiation and agreement of elevated disputes between local commercial staff.
Qualifications:
Ideally a degree in a built environment subject and a relevant professional qualification MRICS or equivalent.
Experience:
Rail Property Maintenance and good Experienced with all aspects of Quantity Surveying & Employer's Agent role from project initiation/start up to project completion and handover. An ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both orally and in writing, is essential. Demonstrable skills in maintaining and developing both internal and external relationships are required. Demonstrable IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft office software is essential. Experienced with managing and assisting in the training of colleagues.
