My Client is a rapidly expanding Professional Quantity Surveying Practice based in Castlefield, Manchester. Boasting a portfolio of projects rivalling all competitors with a secure pipline for years to come.
Currently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to provide cost management skills on Residential, and Commercial Projects ranging to values of £40m+. You will be responsible to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Associate, joining a top class team and contributing to the continued success of this ever progressing business.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate general experience preferably within a PQS environment and ideally have attained MRICS qualification or working towards.
Candidates with experience of any sector will be considered although preference will be given to those who have experience of Commercial and Residential sector. Ideal form of contract experience will include PPC2000 and NEC3.
You must be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate you have a track record of delivering the full range of skills. Being Enthusiastic, committed, ambitious, hard working, client focused and career minded.
Planning and controlling projects through to completion.
Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients, forming a strong working relationship in true partnership to generate future business.
Liaising with other managers to ensure consistency of service delivery and to identify opportunities for developing both the quality and profitability of the service.
