We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major gas infrastructure project.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Gas Infrastructure
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major gas infrastructure project. Initially based in the office (West Manchester) you will get up to speed on this massive £100m plus project before moving to be based on site (Cheshire).
The Senor Quantity Surveyor will report straight into the Commercial Manager for the project taking responsibility for large portion s of the project. This long term project will comprise of solution mining to create caverns suitable for gas storage.
Your responsibilities will include management of subcontractors and their accounts, monthly valuations, valuations of changes etc. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has used NEC form of contract, and have experience doing remeasurements on civils projects. Some experience on pipelines, mechanical contracts or gas infrastructure would be advantageous but not essential.
