Our client, a firm of chartered quantity surveyors seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Croydon
Our client is a large firm of chartered quantity surveyors. Their Croydon office now seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar to join a team working on a range of healthcare related projects working in conjunction with various NHS trusts. Previous experience of healthcare projects is not required. Experience of cost planning and all pre and post contract duties is a must along with good organisation and client facing skills along with the ability of delivering complex large projects. An in depth knowledge of different construction processes is required and you should have previous experience of working in a private practice QS's.
