Description
Our client, a firm of construction consultants seeks a Senior Quantity Surveor for a roads project in the Bahamas.
Our client is a large firm of construction consultants. They now urgently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for up to 3 years in the Bahamas on a large roads / highways project. You will need to have experience of using the FIDIC form of contract, have both pre and post contract experience including cost estimating, advising on procurement, preparation of pricing and contract documents plus valuations, cost reporting, negotiation of claims and final accounts. You will need to have previous experience of roads / infrastructure projects, have previously used FIDIC, have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar degree plus ideally be MRICS qualified.
