SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - LEADING QS CONSULTANCY - NOTTINGHAM - Up to £45k Basic + CAR / ALLOWANCE + PENSION + BUPA + BONUS
A Globally recognized Project & QS Consultancy are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with recent public sector experience for their Nottingham office. You will be part of an organization, operating Worldwide, with a Global reputation for excellence within the Building and Construction industry and are now considered to be one of the worlds leading management and construction consultancies.
Senior Quantity Surveyor - The Role:
The position is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor working from the Nottingham office within an extremely motivated and well managed Quantity Surveying / Cost Management department.
You will be part of a commercial team working on various Private & Public Sector schemes ranging from Industrial, Retail, Education, Health, MOD and Local Govt. You will be involved in extensive meeting with the client with the aim in gaining the clients trust and representing the consultancy in a impeccably professional manner as well as carrying out all aspects of the QS / Cost management functions. You will also be able to work with all the team members of the project team including project managers and planning supervisors.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - The Candidate:
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (ideally Chartered) with a passionate and professional approach. A professional and intelligent person with excellent client facing skills and good experience in attending client meetings to win future work. Someone with the ability to work on their own initiative and is capable of handling large and complex sites while over looking the more junior members of staff in the Quantity Surveying department.
Remuneration
Senior Quantity Surveyor:
*Up to £45,000.00 per annum + company car or allowance.
*Pension.
*Life cover.
*Bonus Scheme
*Based from the Nottingham office.
