A large firm of building contractors seek a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a contract basis to join them in Cambridge.
Our client, one of the most established construction companies in the UK, fast becoming a significant part of the industry elite, is now seeking a Contract Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them. You will be looking after circa £6m Project in the Cambridge area. You should be able to work on your own initiative and have proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will need to have experience of working on refurbishment projects as this project is the redeveloping and refurbishment of an existing library. This is a Design and Build contract and Design and Build experience is preferred. This is a long term contract position starting ASAP until the end of the year.
