A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by my client to join their NW office in the centre of Manchester. This leading provider of building services is a recognised name in the industry with over 20 offices nationwide and nearly 4,000 staff.
Due to the continuing expansion of their business and a number of very high profile contracts in the Greater Manchester area they are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is ambitious and confident enough to run large projects without supervision.
They are currently working on a wide range of projects including large scale commercial developments, PFI hospital schemes and education developments.
The ideal candidate will have a solid quantity surveying background, be qualified to a minimum of HNC standard and have the ability to hit the grounf running. This is an ideal opportunity for an established Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a fresh challenge that either a change of sector (if you are not currently in M&E) or the opportunity to work on massive projects will provide.
