This is a fantastic opportunity to join a marketing leading, dynamic main contractor who offer excellent opportunities to develop both here in the UK and also in the international offices.
Based in the Midlands andreporting into the Commercial Manager you will be the main interface between the Project ManagementTeam and other business units. You will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying and will be comfortable working with clients advising them on change control issues. Other duties will includeproviding a link to the project controls and cost engineers to ensure the smooth pass of information, monitoringspend and trends against budget,reporting ondifferentials,identifying the reasons foroverspend, monitoring sub-contractors costs and other day to day commercial duties.
