Senior Quantity Surveyor who will have full commercial responsibility initially for a large office project
Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Package: £6570K plus full range of benefits
Company: Great opportunity to join a large well known Construction Business operating within the London region, across a variety of building sectors, including commercial, hotels, education and health.
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor who will have full commercial responsibility initially for a large office project, the role includes the management of the project QS team together with financial and management reporting, working closely with the Project Director the successful candidate will be expected to participate in the overall management of the scheme including selection and procurement of supply chain, management of variations, valuations, financial reporting and forecasting.
Requirements: The successful person will be performing a Quantity Surveying role with a recognised UK construction business, have UK industry qualifications, be commercially astute, have contractual knowledge, financial reporting experience and commercial awareness. You will have worked upon projects to at least £10m, either in a similar role or as a Managing Surveyor with a recognised construction business.
