Senior Quality Engineer
Experienced Electro-Mechanical Quality Engineer with aerospace experience.
Qualities / experience required :
Proactive, with good communication skills (written & verbal) at all levels (internal, customers, suppliers)
AS/EN 9100 (ISO 9001: 2000 minimum), including AS/EN 9102
EASA Part 21 Subpart G useful
Continuous Improvement, SPC & Metrics
Internal auditing of Quality Management System (process & compliance)
Supplier approval & surveillance (including auditing)
Risk Analysis
Root Cause Analysis (working knowledge of tools used), corrective & preventive actions (including report preparation) parts, sub-assemblies & finished products
Calibration
Generation of project-related documentation e.g. Quality Plans & Product Acceptance
Test procedures
Knowledge of GRESS useful.
THE PACKAGE
The salary will be commensurate with the skills & experience of the successful candidate
5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays, Sick Pay Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, contributory pension scheme, subsidised canteen, and 37.5 hour basic working week with lunch-time finish on Fridays
