We currently seek a Senior Project Manager to work on commissions and frameworks across a diverse public and private sector client base. They are seeking to recruit high quality professional Project Managers that are looking for significant opportunities for rapid career development. As the Senior Project Manager you will quickly become involved in a variety of exciting projects ranging from £5m to £100m including signature and landmark buildings, PFI/PPP Education, Transport Projects, and many more. They are particularly interested in hearing from people who can demonstrate a career history in one or more of the following sectors; Education, Commercial, Leisure, Air, Government and Health.
Ideally you will have in excess of 5 years post graduate experience as a Project Manager with a broad depth of knowledge of the construction industry and excellent technical knowledge. You will have a demonstrable record in project delivery, ranging from inception through to successful completion, coupled with a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle including managing processes, risk and contract administration.
