Description
Health Sector Organisation in Leeds seeks a Senior Project Manager from a senior management background with an in-depth understanding and experience of management of the implementation of IT programmes in SharePoint, with the ability to quickly develop an understanding of the requirements for the Programme, baseline the various activities and work streams currently in progress and Programme Manage these to deliver successfully, on time and to budget.
Essential:
•PRINCE2 Project Management Methodology Qualification to Practitioner Level.
•Experience of managing projects within a complex multiple project IT environment, either as senior project manager or programme manager. This should include experience of using project management techniques to deliver quality outcomes to deadline, identifying risks and making appropriate contingency plans.
•Proven track record of consistency in achieving high standards while delivering complex projects to time, quality and within budget.
•Line Management Experience.
•Budget Management Experience
•Excellent Stakeholder management
Desirable
•Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation Level Qualified
•Experience gained in Health, Government or Social Care Sector
•Experience of specifying, contracting, monitoring & influencing external service provision
