As the Chief Engineer you will manage a large budget and direct a substantial number of civils projects for TfL. You will be responsible for a team of 50+, including other Project Manages for four different transportation, traffic, infrastructure and highways divisions.

As the Chief Engineer you will manage a large budget and direct a substantial number of civils projects for TfL. You will be responsible for a team of 50+, including other Project Manages for four different transportation, traffic, infrastructure and highways divisions.
You will need to be able to be an effective man-manager and be able to liaise with all levels of the GLA, London Boroughs, Consultants, Contractors and freelance workers.
You will have knowledge of project management and the packages of Prince 2, be a Chartered, or near Chartered Engineer, have public sector experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams on complex strategic planning projects and the legislation involved in them.
