Senior Project Engineer Development
My Client is a well established and prestige consultancy based in Dublin. Specialising in the design and management of the construction of infrastructural and building projects in Ireland they manage an increasing range of Civil, Structural, building service and Environmental projects. Their principle fields of Engineering are in the areas of Civil, Structural, Environmental, Marine, Mechanical and Electrical, Solid Waste Management treatment and Disposal and Project Management. Presently they are Ireland's leading Consulting Engineers.
At this time they have a significant amount of projects in their development group and currently hold a requirement for a Senior Project Engineer.
Reporting directly in to the Development Director, the role offers excellent career advancement prospects as well as the opportunity to be a key member in a large, dynamic and professional team.
As Project Engineer you will be responsible for providing leadership to the team of designers. Under the direction of the Project Director, you will have full project management responsibility including technical report writing, contract document preparation and tender process and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will be Degree Qualified with a minimum of 7 years experience Irish/UK Experience in the design of earthworks, roads, drainage, water and telecoms. You will be a self motivated engineer with excellent technical, communication and project management skills. We are particularly interested in candidates that have experience in DB or DBO projects. A project management qualification is highly desirable.
