Description
Job purpose:
1. To carry out a range of activities to support the Site Project Management process
2. To provide space planning options for best use of offices/workshops
3. To generate upgrade/refurbishment proposals for minor site projects
4. To support cost and delivery requirements for minor site projects
5. To liaise with customers/suppliers etc to ensure best value solutions for site projects
Person Specification
1. Multi-tasking and prepared to cope with changing priorities
2. Knowledge of HS&E legislation and CDM Regulations
3. Understanding of budget/cost control
Qualifications
1. HNC or equivalent in construction/facilities/planning/project type discipline
2. AUTOCAD trained
Experience
1. Experience working in Site/Facilities/Engineering industry
