Summery of Position:
Project Co-ordination is a wide ranging role that interfaces with almost all functional areas across the clients business. The principle purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and support all aspects of assigned projects to ensure schedule and budget adherence and be the point of contact for assigned workstreams.

Skills / Experience Required.
*Update of all project schedules and resourcing information on typically a monthly basis.
*Provide updated schedules and ETCs to the Programme Manager as required.
*Ensure all deliveries and billing milestones are met and that forecasts are up to date.
*Act as an interface between all functions/team members and resolve problems to ensure project requirements are met.
*Report the status of the project regularly with the Programme Manager.
*Monitor completion of all project tasks to ensure work is completed to schedule.
*Discuss work with task owners to prioritise requirements and ensure time lags are minimised.
*Monitor costs against task/departmental estimates and resolve discrepancies with the budget owner.
*Act as a mentor to junior members of the co-ordination team, assisting the Lead Coordinator with monthly reports and appraisal/objective setting. Ensure that they are responsible for issue resolution and workload scheduling for the assigned work stream. Also stand in as DoA when necessary for the Lead Coordinator.
*Ensure risk reviews are undertaken regularly and that the risk register is maintained. Mitigation actions are to be included in plans and therefore form part of the Performance Management Baseline (PMB). Risk value should be recognised as part of the Project Financials.
*Ensure all tasks are carried out to meet the bid schedule and that each task has an owner. Coordinate and consolidate bid inputs from all areas following the Programme Capture Process and create a resourced schedule for the proposed work and review with the Bid manager and relevant Team Leads.
