Senior/Principal System Safety Engineer - Surrey
Our Client prepares safety cases, safety arguments and safety management plans as well as undertaking gap analyses, audits, risk assessments, and cost/benefit analyses. It undertakes this work throughout the whole project lifecycle and, where appropriate, the supply chain. They are looking to recruit a number of Systems Safety Engineers and experienced Senior Consultants. You will have a thorough understanding of system functional safety; safety assessment, audits, hazard and risk management, safety case development, safety management techniques, and RAMS. You will have worked closely with, established long term customer relationships and or conducted work at customers premises will be reviewed favourably. You will have extensive experience of activities across all phases of the safety cycle. You will have used specific safety engineering tools and techniques such as HAZOP, FTA, ETA, CBA, RAM studies, FMECA. You will have knowledge of industry and domain specific standards such as IEC 61508, Def Stan 00-56, Military and Civil aerospace standards, Railway Engineering Safety Management Business Development. You will be educated to degree level
