A specialist-building contractor with a multi-million pound turnover, after winning various high profile and upcoming projects has an immediate opening for a Senior Planner to work in Croydon, assisting in continuing the company's growth and business development.
A specialist-building contractor with a multi-million pound turnover, after winning various high profile and upcoming projects has an immediate opening for a Senior Planner to work in Croydon, assisting in continuing the company's growth and business development.
The challenges the company has involved itself in include new build & refurbishment of high quality residential structures. The new build projects range from between £1m and £30m.
You will be required to prepare Tender programmes and method statements using Power Project 10 software. As a core part of the team, liaison with estimators and occasional site visits will also play a part in your new role.
Construction planning experience is therefore essential to this role, as is experience of the Tender process and first class presentation skills. Being a Chartered member of the IOB will be advantageous to your application.
In addition to the opportunity to work in a successful organisation where staff regularly stay for 20 years or more, you will be rewarded with a basic salary starting at £50,000 per annum.
