Description
My client, a large multi-disciplinary design consultancy, requires a Senior Mechanical Engineer to work on various Water projects within the South West
Typical projects include: feasibility and detailed design of wastewater and sludge treatment plants locally, nationally and overseas. For example, N and P-removal schemes, capital maintenance and M&E replacement projects. Also, ATEX and DSEAR driven upgrades of sludge thermal drying installations, electrical design of waste transfer stations and other waste treatment facilities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for own technical work and quality Carrying out own discipline outline and detail designs and other work as required on assigned projects.
Client liaison as required on assigned projects and for business development.
Coach team members in own discipline and act as mentor for competent and safe design procedures.
Undertake the role of Project Manager/Lead Design Engineer on projects as required
