Pro-Engineer Designer required for top end aerospace mechanical design contract.
Progress mechanical design elements of a project as an activity integrated with all other design inputs from within an integrated project team, in order to develop the compliant design solution.
Liaise with IPT members and inter-departmental colleagues, and to report technical progress to Engineering and Programmes team leaders.
Ensure compliance of drawings to design and configuration control processes.
Progress the design solution on A330/A400M.
Experience required
Minimum Design Experience:
5 years in aerospace design; preferably military and/or civil aircraft systems. Experience in Aircraft Structures design and Fuel systems.
Cad System:
Proficient in 3D CAD modelling using Wildfire (preferably with large assembly management, surfaces and sheet metal experience.)
Familiarity with Intralink an advantage.
Qualifications required
Minimum Qualifications: H.N.C Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering
